Sunlight Harvest extra virgin olive oil is a single source orchard equal blend of Frantoio, Coratina and Taggiasca olives. The olives are hand harvested the old fashioned way – with rakes, nets, buckets and bins. Harvest date is printed on every label. The olives are milled within 3 hours of being picked at the immaculate award winning Bondolio Olive Mill in Winters California. Our product is available in five different sizes, 100ml, 500ml, 1 gallon, 5 gallon, or 55 gallon

The trees and orchard floor have never been sprayed with anything adverse such as herbicides, pesticides, or chemicals. The orchard is treated an ecosystem in itself. The weeds are controlled with mowing and the pests are controlled naturally by the environment. We believe great food begins with healthy soil, honest labor, and respect for tradition.
